At Sundance Ski Shop, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your mountain adventures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship to Sundance

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
