How do I determine the correct ski or snowboard size?
Sizing depends on your height, weight, and ability level. Generally, skis should reach between your chin and the top of your head. Check our comprehensive Size Guide on each product page for specific brand recommendations.
Do you offer professional binding mounting and adjustment?
Yes, we offer professional mounting services. If you purchase both skis and bindings from us, mounting is included. You will need to provide your boot sole length (BSL), weight, height, and skier type for proper DIN setting adjustment.
What is your return policy for winter gear?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once skis have been mounted or equipment has been used on the snow, they are no longer eligible for return.
How long does shipping take for oversized items?
Standard shipping for skis and snowboards typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. All equipment is shipped in reinforced, heavy-duty boxes to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Do you provide tuning and waxing services?
Our physical Sundance Ski Shop locations offer full-service tuning, including hot waxes, edge sharpening, and base repairs. For online customers, we sell a variety of DIY tuning kits and waxes to keep your gear fast.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
All new equipment sold by Sundance Ski Shop is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers structural defects but does not cover damage from rocks, rails, or normal wear and tear.
